I am the new owner of the house at Lønbjergparken 49, Roskilde.
The tag/roof, in general is fine, but we need algae treatment, may be painting and some other fixes as the tilstandsrapport suggests for the roof.
I can also send you the tilstandsrapport if you contact me.
Please tell when you can come and take a look at the roof to give us estimates ?
