We contacted Peter from AltMaler to restore our parquet floors in the middle of December, to be ready for Christmas. Some floorboards needed to be replaced, the whole flooring had to be sanded and treated. We were in a very tight schedule and he immediately sent one of his colleagues, Rajmund to evaluate the job, set price and deadline for delivery. Communication was done mostly through Peter who was easy to contact via phone and email. Rajmund could speak little English but kept positive attitude throughout the work, very sympathetic and with attention to details. Rajmund worked throughout the weekend and our floors were done in 3 ½ days.
I would recommend AltMaler for its quality and work ethic. We are very pleased with the result. My only reservation would be that the customer must be very specific about little details. I had to ask them to return because the end pieces of the floorboards under the doors had not been changed or were missing. It was a big contrast to the amazing floors. They did not hesitate and returned to install the missing pieces. They did not charge for the visit, however we had to pay for the extra material.
