Belysning Valby

For an apartment in a new building in Valby I need help to
a) Hang up a ceiling lamp in the kitchen. Concrete ceiling, requires two screws.
b) An Ethernet cable pulled from the electrical closet into a room. There is an outlet in the room already and we are told there is a tube through which a cable can be pulled.
I'd like an itemized quote so that we can decide whether we need the Ethernet connection or not.
